The type of content that you choose for the module will dictate what the user is required to do in order to complete the module.
Content Package
If you check this box for the module, you will select a SCORM package from the Content Packages section when you click “Select Content Package.” The user will need to view and interact with the content in order to complete the module. The publish settings of the course will dictate how much the user needs to interact with the content, or in what way (need to view all slides in the course, or only need to launch the content, etc).
Instructor Led Training Module
If you check this box for the module, you will select an Instructor Led Training Module from the Instructor Led Training section. Users will be scheduled to attend a live training session, either in-person or in a web meeting.
Task Module
If you check this box for the module, you will select a document to upload to the module. Users will then be able to download and complete the document, and then will be required to upload a document in response, which you will be able to grade from your administrator dashboard, in the “Task Proctoring” widget.
OJT Module
If you check this box for the module, you will select a SCORM package from the Content Packages section when you click “Select Content Package.” This type of module contains content that is completed by the Administrator (nonuser), user’s Supervisor, or course Expert (depending on whether Proctor boxes are checked) rather than the user, upon the user’s completion of On-the-Job Training (OJT). OJT modules are completed from the OJT Proctoring widget on your administrator dashboard. The Administrator (non-user), Supervisor, or Expert clicks the “View” icon to view the module content, and completes the content in order to give the user a “Completed” status.
NOTE: If you select more than one module type, the user will be given a drop-down option to select one of the multiple types for that module. They will only need to complete one of the module types in order to get a completion for that module.
