Why am I Seeing a "Site Not Secure" Error Message when Accessing the Portal?

If you come across a "Site Not Secure" error message when navigating to your LMS portal, please check the following settings and configuration:

• Confirm that you are browsing via HTTPS, rather than HTTP.

• Make sure you have “Force HTTPS” checked in your portal settings.

• Click the info icon in the URL bar and confirm there is a valid certificate on the site.

• Inspect the page and check to see if there are any links that are linked via HTTP on the homepage. This flags the site as insecure because there is mixed content on the page. You will need to change the links to HTTPS if they have any links pointing to HTTP.
