What Does the Warning Message "Manifest is Not SCORM Compliant" Mean?

If you upload a SCORM package and see the following yellow "Manifest is Not SCORM Compliant" message, this means that the manifest file of the package does not conform to the schema it claims to conform to.

Most of the time these messages are benign and do not affect how the package runs in the LMS. The system alerts you to this in case the package has any issues running so that you have some diagnostic information to refer to.
