If you need to share content files with the Support Team for troubleshooting purposes, the Support Team can download the files directly from your portal. If your files are already uploaded to your LMS portal, please let the Support Team know the name of the file and which portal the files are in via a support ticket communication.
For files that are not in your LMS portal that need to be sent to the Support Team, you can share these with the team by creating and utilizing a free Dropbox account. Please follow the instructions below to create a Dropbox account and share files.
