This is the process to get your SSL certificate updated and information HR Learn team will need to complete the renewal process.
- Please provide the following information to our support team:
- Common name – this is the domain name of the certificate.
- Organization
- Organization unit – this is the division of the company.
- City/locality
- State/province - Please spell out the full name of State/province. Country/region
- You will receive a DocuSign to be signed for this work that our engineering team will complete for you. (A 50 dollar cost)
- Once you have filled out the information above send it back to us.
- Our team will then create the CSR (Certificate Signing Request).
- We will then send back to you the CSR for you to create the certificate.
- You will create the certificate.
- Once the new certificate is created, this needs to be sent back to us to implement.
- We upload the certificate and ask for confirmation of correct completion.
